Blame it on the breeze

Blame it on the breeze
It changes course at will
blowing strands of wispy hair
across dreamy lips
Shaded corners with crackly whispers
rustle their withered secrets
A rustic heaven for those who see
and for those with vagabond ears
Only a few remain at noon
the rest dance in wild frenzies
Spring-swept into transient heaps
in the filtered sunbeams from the trees
Another lazy gust, a casual kiss
tramp-soul light, they  float at ease
littering a trimmed lawn or a clean folio
with coloured ink, dreams and sundry
