If you give me time to think, I move away from you to where the world of living meets the world of the dead. To the dark recesses of yesterday pulling blinds over the sunbeams which stream from your soul to mine. Banished faces re-surface kicking old nightmares awake and I grapple with them begging for release from the unlit cocoons, sanity dying a quiet death while you sleep peacefully, innocent baby in my arms. Lonely, for I am here with you and you are someplace away.
Nice read.

The last two lies capture the frustration of the reality of so many loves. I know how this feels. Thanks.
